这首《Monday Morning》选自美国60年代著名的民谣三重唱[Peter, Paul & Mary]（彼得，保罗和玛丽）1965年5月发行的专辑《A Song Will Rise》。
很安静舒缓的一首歌曲。一日的辛劳工作之后，坐下来，细细的品位这首歌曲，让它的每一个音符轻轻地抚摩过你的耳廓，你会发现，全身的毛孔都会舒服地舒展开来
Peter Paul & Mary是1960年民歌复兴的标志性组合，60年代最成功的民歌三人组，他们像所有的民歌组合一样对社会现实的关注细致入微。这个上世纪60年代成立的美国民歌乐队，一直坚持到现在已经有四十多年了...他们拆伙了八年后（2003年）又在香港举行了一连三场的演唱会。
